Evidence, not assertion
Nothing here becomes a fact without your decision. The quotation is shown verbatim with its locator before any button, a claim without evidence is declared a gap rather than given an invented reference, contradicting evidence is shown and not hidden, and every decision is recorded with its time and its author.
How the state of each item is announced
Four states, each with its fixed colour — and colour never carries the meaning alone: the name of the state is written beside it, so a reader without sight, or without colour discrimination, keeps the whole meaning.
